Director of Planning
Stephen is the Director of Planning for the WNDC and is
responsible for ensuring that the WNDC's planning powers deliver
development of the highest quality and value across the
region. A chartered town planner Stephen joined the
corporation after successfully transforming the development control
service of a Local Planning Authority and has a long history of
delivering on major urban and rural development projects including
mixed use re-development, major infrastructure and development
across the Wembley regeneration area.
