CONTROL OFFICERS
For anyone interested in development
on a truly grand scale, West Northamptonshire is the place to
be. WNDC, one of only three UDC's in the country, is tasked
with the sustainable regeneration and growth of West
Northamptonshire - a programme that will deliver an estimated £7bn
of public and private sector investment over the next fifteen
years. Our projects encompass town centre regeneration and 10
urban extensions for 20, 000+ new homes across our three urban
development areas.

workload and an innovative approach to development control which
will both challenge and stimulate. We need motivated and
experienced planners with knowledge and understanding of dealing
with complex applications. You will help us deliver our
