Executive Team
Throughout the WNDC team there are professional staff
experienced in all aspects of planning and regeneration led by
the Chief Executive Mike Hayes and his three
directors.
Roger is Interim Chief Executive. Roger has previously been a civil servant with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister working on regeneration policy.
Stephen is the Director of Planning for WNDC and is responsible for ensuring that the WNDC's planning powers deliver development of the highest quality and value across the region.

Harj is the Director of Infrastructure Delivery at WNDC and is responsible for driving forward infrastructure projects across West Northamptonshire. Harj has twenty five years experience gained in contracting, consulting and client organisations.
